In 2005, at just 27 years of age, Serge Vieira was awarded the Bocuse d’Or, France’s highest culinary distinction. Now a head chef with two Michelin stars, he continues to charm and surprise the most refined palates. From his childhood in a Portuguese family in Auvergne to the time he spent working in the most prestigious, three-star restaurants, along with his innumerable travels around the globe, his journey is reflected in his specialties and in the range of dishes he offers. In this unique and magical setting, great importance is placed on respect for nature, which is why Restaurant Serge Vieira and its employees use 100% eco-friendly maintenance products. Composting and responsible purchasing are also part of our ethos. Likewise, all food products that go into the Chef’s cuisine are sourced directly from producers he knows and respects, and he and his wife, Marie-Aude, are careful to limit waste and advocate for prudent consumption.
